Our relationships may become strained and it is difficult to see that life could be any different than how it feels in the moment and our own strengths become overshadowed by the challenges we are experiencing. Often times when we suffer from depression, anxiety, trauma or abuse we begin to feel isolated, misunderstood, weighted down or experience mood changes or other symptoms.
